- Filling Membership Application Form.
- Send back Application Form to the secretariat ASSI via email: feti.fatimah [at] assi.or.id along Company Profile Candidate.
- Application Form will be submitted by secretariat to management.
- Candidates who have been approved by management fill Representative Data Form.
- Candidates pays of registration fees and annual dues
- Candidates submit Representative Data Form that is filled with the data and a copy proof of payment (payment transfer receipt) to the secretariat by email: feti.fatimah [at] assi.or.id
- Secretariat pass verification and confirmation to members.
